How to buy from us

How do you place your order? It's easy, simply choose from one of the following methods:

• Call us on (01248) 430621 to place your order. We accept payment by cheque and all major credit cards. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment.

• Email us at
info@peruvianalpaca.co.uk with a list of the items you wish to purchase, with your address and telephone number and we will contact you to process your order.

• Alternatively, call into our showroom in Brynsiencyn, Anglesey to visit us in person. Please see our contact us page for directions.

Stock Availability
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will always have all sizes and colours available in stock. All items can be ordered in advance, with no obligation to purchase, however please allow a minimum of 28 days for shipment.

Postage Costs
We will confirm postage costs when you come to pay for your order. Items are sent by Royal Mail first or second class, and can be sent to be signed for if preferred. Larger orders are shipped with Parcel Force or similar carrier.

Returns Policy
In the event that we process your order incorrectly or ship you a defective item, we will take back that item and replace it with the original product, in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.
